Are ultra-thin condoms unsafe?

Are they as safe as the regular latex type? If so, why aren't all condoms ultra-thin?

abstinence is the best way to go always. From what I hear though it does not make a difference in safety whether or not it is ultra thin or not. I guess they make ultra thin for the comfort and pleasure for the guy some men like thicker ones though. It is all about the guy's preference some guys can not reach an orgasm with thicker condom because they say they have no feeling. Where as the ultra they do
