6 days is way too young for the dewormer that you will find at the pet store. At this age, you will need to take them to the vet to have them dewormed. They will need to get their first set of shots at about 5 weeks.

Vaccinations are started at 6-7 weeks of age and deworming should be done at 2 weeks of age and be repeated at 4, 6, and 8 weeks of age.

I believe the first shots is at six weeks, second set of shots , 2 months old and the last baby shot is at three months, plus the rabie shot .Deworming should be at 2,4,6,and 8 weeks of age.Check with your vet to get the best deworming medicine. I think they are too young to deworm right now.If you get too many different answers here your vet should be able to answer your questions over the phone. Good luck with your new babies.

Puppies and their mom need to be dewormed at 2, 4, 6 & 8 weeks of age by a dewormer from the vet NO OTC dewormers!!
At 8 weeks of age they need their first distemper/parvo vacciantion and then they will be ready to go to their new homes.

Vaccines and deworming starts no sooner than 6 weeks of age. Up to this point, they should be solely nursed by their mom, giving them antibody's that they need. Almost ALL puppies have worms, it is spread through Mom's milk. A stool check should be done to see if there is any other intestinal parasite or fluke that needs to be treated. Vet checks sooner than 6 weeks may be needed if you feel something is wrong with either the pups or the Mom. With this, they are on their way to great health.

Our worming Schedule, is worming the pups at 2, 4, and 6 weeks, I worm the ***** at the same time. I give their first 5 way puppy vaccine at 6 weeks, and their 2nd at 8 weeks before they go to new home. Wait until the pups are at least 2 weeks, worm the ***** as well when you worm the pups.

You need to get a book on the care of newborn puppies. There are more things you will be needing to do for them. You could also go on line and look for information. Please read up on the care of them, they deserve the best of care possible.
