Clean it 4 times a day with hydrogen peroxide. Clean the earring with the peroxide as well. Dip the post of the earring in an antibiotic ointment such as Neosporin or Polysporin and put it back in the ear. Do this 4 times a day.

2-4 times a day wash your infected area with a sea salt/water mix of 1tbs. to 8oz. of water. Don't change the earring until the swelling and redness disappears as you can push the germs back into the hole and reinfect it. Make sure you clean the pierced area and earring (as much as possible) each time. You should see a difference within a week.

Put some proixoide on it to get rid of the puss then you use alcohol for the redness and soreness the green kind because it is stronger, then you put a little grease on it like vaseline so it won't get infected. You can do this every night before you go to bed until it heals. It should take about 2or 3 days if you bade it correctly.

Try using hydrogen peroxide on it. I had the same problem with my right ear and I used hydrogen peroxide on it yesterday and it's already getting better. My ear also does that if the earrings are fake, but right after they were pierced I had the same problem and hydrogen peroxide fixed it.

Try applying antiseptic or antibiotic ointments, i.e. Mupirocin or Furacin. It is usually applied to the lesion twice daily.
If this does'nt work ,after a couple of days, you should see a doctor for antibiotic prescription...
