She is just a mom trying to protect her babies... you should keep her and the babies in a pen... people do steal dogs... mine was stolen 3 times by the same person and the last time we couldn't find where they moved to!

she doesn't; want any one touching her baby's that's her way of protecting them .Cats too will move their babies if people start picking them up, try and find a safe place for her and the pups so she can;t move them and make sure its a quite place away from other animals and don;t let a lot of people pick them up it upsets the Mommy's and makes them nervous, good luck with them; I know it hard to resist picking those cute little ones up.I love puppies!

She can probably sense that it is almost time for them to be leaving for their new homes, so she is trying to hide them. I suggest you put them somewhere that she can't take them off.

what does that mean?? if you mean she takes them out into the yard - that is normal,, she is showing them things in their environment..... It probably isn't a good idea to let them roam like that,, it is creating a bad habit of wandering and it could also endanger them...

You should have her confined in a fenced yard with the pups! They could get hurt or even killed.
