This may not work on everyone. But if he likes u and he's introverted, you have to be the extroverted one!
Try and start a conversation with him. Then when you want to ask him out, look him in the eye and say for example, "Friday night, 7pm, Dinner at (insert place), would you like to join me?" Just don't have too much of a serious tone, be gentle and sound a lil shy when you ask him that. hehe...

check if he likes you. If you think he does hint it or if your brave you can go for it. just saying but guys usually ask girls out not the opposite way around

Catch him on his own, and ask him what is he doing saturday, maybe he might wanna go movies with you, or bowling or whatever you are into... good luck and let me know how you got on

ask him to go to the movies but first ask what movie he really want to seeand then ask him if he would want to go see it with you
