Name it after yourself, or someone in your family, such as "Scotty's Burgers."
Soon people will be saying things like "hey, have you had a burger at Scotty's yet?"

Don't focus on the fresh part in the name, but put that information in your advertising, and on your menu.

I have been in the food business most all my life, and have owned two successful restaurants and named them both.

If your burgers are good, that's what will bring them back.

Since you are stressing the word "fresh", I think that simply using that adjective would work best. Now this also depends on the area in which you are opening this restaurant and the target market you are pursuing to be your customers.

Other than burgers and fries/veggies, what are you serving? What differentiates you from other burger joints? Who is your target market? Where would you be locating this place?

Feel free to answer those questions in an additional comment, and I would be glad to brainstorm some more ideas for you.

Best of luck with the opening!

Fresh Meat? Lol. Sorry, I know that sucked.

Well, where are you? Or what kind of variety will you have? There is a place here called California Burgers. And there is a Mexican place called Acupulco Fresh. Both those names are good. Something like that.

Wait, I've got it!

Freshness To Go! I really dont know you should look into your clientel and make sure its something that appeals to everyone. You can always use a last or first name, it gives it more of a homemade hometown kind of feel. If it were me I"d probably name it something odd like Attack of the Killer Hamburger or Juicy.
