In the morning breakfast, take flattened rice, and after soaking it with water for two minutes and straining it, add freshly prepared curd to it.To this add overripe banana (two to four).Make the whole thing mushy and eat it. This should be your breakfast. Altenatively, you can take cornflake, milk and overripe banana.
Don't eat oily food at all.Never take pickles.
Take papaya, apple and paneer in the afternoon.
Have roti and milk in the night.
As far as medicine is concerned, take 'shiivachhar bhasm' and 'kutzarisht' as indicated on the bottle. These are ayurvedic. You will have no stomachache in three months.

First thing you must have a proper diet. If you skip your meals thinking that you will have stomach ache, you will definately have. You must have good food habits. No oily, spicy and roadside and fast foods. If your eating habit is not good, then you must have short meals in between you can have snacks like biscuits, fruits, salads and gradually increase your diet and have a good food habit. Lot of water, juices will reduce acidity too. Relish your food always then you will not have stomach aches. I hope you will be relieved of these aches soon.

You might have stomach reflex. Try to take REGLAN. I am sending you the link below.

Avoid beer
Smoke the dutch if you want too this will not effect your stomach
Avoid stressfull situations
Keep in touch with your doctor.
Exercise regulary in a way that suits you

NEVER DRINK WATER WITH YOUR FOOD. Have water half an hour earlier and the after half an hour after you eat food.
Eat at fixed time. if you eat cillies remove the seeds. Eat less friedd food. eat less masala food. eat one pill of " pudine hara " if you feel uncomfortable. Eat mint raw with your food
