No you can't get cancer from having sex with someone who has cancer.

You CAN however get sexually transmitted diseases as well as HIV through sex. You can decrease this risk by using a condom. Or have no risk at all by abstaining from sex (not really preferred!).

No, although some (few, but some) cancers are actually associated with infectious diseases (such as cervical cancer) I don't know of any cases of transmission of any form of cancer to another person via sexual contact.

No, but there are some viruses that can cause cancer that are transmitted sexually.
