what are the forms of ser?

like.. soy, somos, son, and so on.

what are the other ones and what are the meanings of all of them? i forgot and i have spanish homework :S

Present simple - ser (to be)
yo soy = I am
tú eres = you (singular familiar) are
él/ella/Ud. es = he/she is + you (singular polite) are
nosotros somos = we are
vosotros sois = you (familiar plural) are *
ellos/ellas/Uds. son = they (fem./masc.) are + you (plural polite) are

* used in Spain, not Latin America
