How many calories would you estimate in about 4 oz. of sirloin steak cooked in a crock pot w/ a gravy sauce potatoes and carrots, i had one full potato out of the crock pot, then i had a 1/3 c. canned corn? How many calories would you ESTIMATE from what i've told you

Appx 307 calories per 4 oz serving. 26 gr. fat.

I estimate you must have eaten about 600-700
