Huskies are not the only ones who can get intestinal upset that causes bleeding . It could be do to intestinal parasites, blockage, virus or just something it ate. If you have more questions like this I would have talked to your vet about the causes, treatments etc.

Yes, We had a Siberian Husky (RIP lived til 13 YRS OLD) when we relocated to Hawaii from SC he had to be put in quarantine for 30 days, Hawaii state law. Anyways while he was there he developed the runs which had blood in it. They called us and he spent 10 days in the doggie hospital with absolutely no diagnosis. Soon after he developed what we thought were hemorrhoids. the bleeding was often from his rectum. The situation became worse over time .. He didn't seem to be in pain , it was just awful looking and smelled horrible. We have no proof but there was various reports and even deaths of animals that came out of quarantine we assumed the pesticides that were used at the kennels caused this. He had been to 3 different vets , noone had answers for us. He lived that way 5 years. He is still missed :(

it could have possibly been hook worms these worms live in the intestions and feed off the intestion walls and are extremely fatal in dogs research hook worms on the net i'm shocked the vet didnt test for hook worms i wouldnt use that vet anymore compare the effects of hookworms to the symptoms your dog had if this dog is still alive get it to another vet asap or call around to several vets to see what all might possibly cause this bleeding even if you dont still have this dog go ahead and research hookworms anyways then you'll know if this was the problem or not

He didn't say what the problem with the intestines was or what to do for it. The vet needs to answer your questions or you need to go to another vet.
