due to the world situation and Global War on Terror, there are no Station of Choice enlistment options.
On your first reenlistment, as long as you don't reenlist Needs of the Army, you can pick where you go.

after basic training, you'll be lucky if you get to choose the color of your underwear, right now.
But of course, there are exceptions to that, if you are the relative of an ambassador, or other high ranking official.

When you are at MEPS, before you join, you can get it in your contract.
