I use this in my shop on customers with thinning hair......I find that while it does not make more hair grow...it does slow the hair from thinning more......So all and all I think that is makes less hair fall out....But have not seen it make more hair grow in!!!!
Folic acid and Biotin are great vitamins for hair and nails......But check with your Dr. to find out why your losing hair......could be thyroid!
