It is clearly an Allemannic (that is, south-western) dialect of German and translates "I wish you a nice day, and don't do anything stupid" ("Seich" is an old German word for urine, on;ly used in southern German dialects now, in Allemannic dialects it can refer to stupid things, as can "sh*t" in English)

Yes, it is Swiss German - the region within Switzerland is not that clear, probably of the east (near St. Gall).

Actually it's the end of some conversation or e-mail stating that "on top, I wish you a nice day and don't do anything stupid"

Greetings from Switzerland!

I'd translate it to "I wish you a nice day and don't do any sh*t".
Sterz, I've never heard the word "Seich", does it really exist?
