why is my sister in law insisting on treating me like a child?

she bought me and my mom a new phone and she said if i bought any ringtones that my phone whould be riped out of my hand so fast. i dont think she has the right to say that to me and she isnt my mother and i am 19 and i cant avoid her because i live with her she makes me just want to hit her

I agree, give the phone back. Wait a minute, your 19, just get a job - find another place to live - and get away from her all together - that would really show her who is in control. Good Luck.
