I want a TV that I can use for attana because of the analog switch of comming 2009.

For a digital tuner, you are looking for the words ATSC tuner, which I did not see anywhere in the description, hence I would say no.

It does not. For a TV with a digital tuner, you have to buy at least a 27".
By law, all manufactuers had to install a digtal tuner in all TVs 27" and up.
I'm not sure when the smaller sizes are required to do so.

After reading the specs I'd have to say analog tuner.
