I have too much stuff to do today--pick some produce up, return some DVDs before 30 days after purchase is up and get my daughter from daycare; get some treadmill time in, make dinner, etc... I don't have time to drive across town to see him today and don't really want to pay the $35.

I threw one of my discs out slightly while picking up my 2-year-old. Is there something I can do? Roll on my back like an egg? Some kind of yoga? It hurts---but not enough to warrant a visit just yet. I know I'm setting myself up for more pain tomorrow by not going --but damn! Life just has me too busy today--LOL!

there is a stretch that might help with your back pain. i had two slipped discs for a number of years and it ended up in surgery because i didnt have time to stretch properly. what you can do is lay down and keeping both legs extended and left one leg keeping it straight and lifting toward your head but not bending to the point of stretching, not pain. and then reverse it for the other side. 3/4 of the time lower back pain is caused by ( and that is my guess of your location of back pain based on your question) your hamstrings being so tight and then the only way to go from there is up in your back given the amount of pressure that you put on back... for instance... if your hams are tight, you tend to want to use your back and not your legs. that stretch will help you reverse the pain in time not totally though seek medical assistance by all means

Yes! Try easy yoga and stretches--I'd try and stay away from the chiropractor. Maybe take a yoga class so you can tell the instructor about your problem. He/she may be able to help. Also, try alternating heat and cold packs on your back, or a massage.

i consider that a pinched muscle could be felt in just one spot. I have a pinched nerve in my scale back again, and that i believe it all of the means all the way down to my left ankle and all the way down to my proper knee. if the discomfort appears to be journeying all the way down to different materials or the frame i could say the nerve is pinched. ibprofen is an anti-inflamatory that reduces the infection within the subject of the pinched nerve, however it is going to simplest do such a lot. i need to take round 800mg of ibprofen to even believe love it's any greater, while it is appearing up. well good fortune, i'm hoping i used to be of a few aid.
