All kinds can, but it would be extremely irresponsible to do so.

You can breed a Cocker with a Cocker. As far as the mixed breed Poodle, we aren't really having a shortage of mutts in this country.

there are enough unwanted puppies in animal shelters all over the USA so don't try breeding the dog get her / him spayed or neutered- that would be the responsible thing to do!!

you can just forget mixing that mixed poodle,but you can mix the cocker spaniel with another cock er spaniel.

They don't need to be bred. Get them neutered. There's enough dogs in the world.
