Having a tattoo after a heart attack is fine. If he is on blood thinning tablets or asprin, then he han still be tattooed it just has to be taken slower.

When the ink is put into the skin, heavy bleeding can push the ink back out and cause a marbling effect in the colour; not really that bad in lining, but mainly in solid colour. Because of this, the tattooist may need to go back over the solid colours once the scabbing and "eggshell" skin has finished. It may take a few sessions depending on the size of the piece. If the tattoo has shading in it, then its usually not that bad, it just takes the shade slightly lighter with heavy bleeding.

Clopidogrel is a blood thinner, if i'm getting that accurate??? My boyfriend takes Plavix, and that i imagine it really is the ordinary. i might want to ask your document in case you are able to supply up taking it for a pair days properly to flow get your tat finished, one so that you do not bleed out, and 2 so the bleeding doesn't push the ink out.

go see a doctor and of course actually talk to a good tattoo artist, you'd be amased what they will have come up against before so it will probably not be anything new to them.

i would not recommend it, blood thinners could cause problems with problems and it would be a mess.

for your father's safety, i don't think anyone here is qualified to answer this question. i think it would be best if he spoke with his doctor about this.
