do I do?

I liked this guy and we went dated 4 like 2 months then I went to Las Vegas for 4 days and he cheated on me. I still like him a lot. A LOT. And when I say a lot, I mean alot. I don't know why
I like him. Its because he's a real cool friend. What should I do? My friend asked him if he would date me, and he said no, but, still. What do I do? I don't plan on giving up.

If the two of you disagree on what cheating is then the relationship is over. If he did not specifically tell you that the two of you had an exclusive relationship, then what you call cheating, he thought of as using his options.

The key to any strong adult relationship is open and honest communication. Just because two people date doesn't mean that they need to act like they are married. The dating relationship is a verbal contract. Either both of you thought he was cheating or only one of you did (you and not him).

If he is still using his options, then he is not ready for an exclusive relationship with you. Not then and certainly not now. Either communicate directly with him or move on. At this point things can go in any direction.
