Well, there are a number of things that you can do. However, you didn't give much information to go by. Is this a telemarketer or is it someone harassing you?
Here's what you can do:
If this is a telemarketer then you can add your phone number to the National Do Not Call Registry for free at https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx Once you have registered your number it will take up to 31 days for the telemarketers to stop calling you.
If this is someone who's harassing you then I suggest that ,if you know the number that they are calling from, you call your telephone service provider and subscribe to the call block feature that they offer. Also, if you know the number, you could probably file a harassment charge with your local police. If you don't know the number then there may not be much that you can do. If it gets too out of hand then have your number changed.
I hope this helps. Good luck!!

You can go through your local phone company and they will set you up to block phone numbers. You will have to pay a fee monthly which they will charge to your bill. Your only other option is to change your phone number to an unpublished number.
If you know the number that keeps calling you maybe you can make a harassment charge.

You have to have the right phone equipment to block calls. If you know the number, turn them in to the phone company. Better still, get a whistle. Next time they call, blow real loud into the phone and try to break their eardrum. That oughta do it.

Did you pick up the phone when they called? If you haven't pick it up and tell them to stop calling you. Secondly, talk to your phone company. Hope this helps

I had the same problem . . . call your telephone company. Unfortunately, BellSouth could not do anything for me . . . maybe your phone company will be of more help.
