probably is, but take into account the size of the database and how Yahoo has to update add new then clean servers, this must probably happen every 4 - 6 weeks, so hang on to your belt and stay off paid advertising if they really do the Google train of thought, then two of our best search engines are lost,
Google did it years ago, quickest search engine on the block... .
Yahoo, I thought now was more about giving real information, being interconnected and using YA and YM... .
do not pay to advertise, I don`t mean to advertise me, but if it` all you want, stay away from click per USD or per GBP and email us below.

No it's affecting me as well...
For the last few day Yahoo has been doing loads of construction work and this will effect the running of the website..
It should end soon.
Yahoo conduct the work late at night when there should be relatively less users.
Don't worry it shouldn't be anything wrong with your pc

I think that if someone posts a question with maybe language or a topic that the moderator isn't sure of, the system sort of Runs home to mama for a bit.
Your question is at the top of my list and it says its been posted for 19 Min's
You've broken it, YOU SWINE you put that question up there and youve killed it.

It is caused by the system becoming overloaded with users as the U.S. finish work, get home and start surfing. With a 5 hour time difference between U.K. and the U.S. it kicks in about 11.00pm U.K. time (6.00pm U.S. time) and gets progressively worse over the next three hours (Eastern seaboard to Western seaboard time zones). It speeds up again when they eventually go to bed about 6.00am U.K. time.
