I can do anything for my spanish extra credit project, what should i do?

I need extra credit for spanish 1 in freshmen high school and there is no limit on how many points i can get. What should i do? it has to relate to spanish, like reasearching a country or a food or something? ANYTHING CREATIVE??? THANKS A LOT!!!

for my american studies (english, art, music,and history in a double period class with 43 students and 4 teachers) project i had to cook something from my culture and i made pastelitos, theyre really good here's what you do:

get 2 or 3 packs (depends how big your class is but you can split the pastelitos in half) of goya brand empanada discs (they come in ten), any kind of cheese(for vegetarians or cheese lovers), 1 lb of ground beef, and some oil

heat about an inch of oil in a frying pan on med-high heat (you may want to wear long sleeves or have a parent around when you're doing this because the oil jumps and can burn you, it burned me every few seconds)

prepare some pastelitos on a plate by puting about a spoonful of ground beef on one half of the disc, you can also have cheese in it or just cheese in it and make sure to leave some space so you can close it

fold the disc over and press the tines of a fork on to the disc, do this on both sides

get a plate with a few paper towels on it and have it ready for when you fry the pastelitos

When the oil is hot enough, carefully put a sealed pastelito in the oil and when it turns golden brown carefully flip it with a spatula against the side of the pan and wait until the other side gets golden brown(its okay if you burn them a little, i burned almost all of mine and my class still liked it)

take the finished pastelitos out of the frying pan and on the plate with the paper towels and carefully pat dry them (there might still be some hot oil on them)

when you have enough, you can cut them in half and refrigderate them for the next day (you have to make it the day before) reheat them at school
