i am 16 i am getting fatter and somethings wrong what is it!!!

It could be your calorie intake or your lack of exercises. Try not to take in more than 2000 calories a day, if you only do 1500 you are sure to lose weight without even exercising.

Working out though is always a good idea, If you walk 1 mile a day you are sure you lose 10lbs a year w/o doing anything else.

Well if your diet and exercise habits has been the same as always and you're gaining abnormally too much weight too fast, one possibility is you have a thyroid problem. In that case you'd need to see a doctor. If not, I remember that in high school a lot of people got a little mushier around junior/senior year. You just need to kick your exercise up a notch and drink water instead of soda.

it might be because of are probably eating alot or you are just not exercising!
