I think that Theresa Earnhardt's True Colors are finally coming out. She is acting like a First Class ***** now! Jr. should leave DEI and not give her the pleasure of not renewing his contract with DEI. It is sad that she is treating Jr. this way. Sr. made it a point that DEI is for his children and other s that he chose to sign on. I don’t think he thought Therese would act this way after his death. If so…Sr. would have done things differently.

I think RCR has held the #3 for Jr. thinking someday this would happen.I like Jr. in the Bud car But wouldnt it be great to see The Black #3 again.

It was great in the beginning b/c Teresa's job was in the office, doing business, and Dale Sr controlled the on-the-track racing part of the business.
As far as the relationship between Teresa and Jr, it was always made to seem like they were great together, truth is, they never really have been, and Jr has said straight up, he has a mom who loves him very much and is there for him, and it's not Teresa, Teresa is his stepmom and it's now business between the, yanno. I think it's unfortunate, and I would hate to see DEI fall which is what would happen because Truex isn't doing much on the track and a lot of the ppl who work at DEI are relatives of JR, and if he leaves, of course they will too. But at the same time, I almost think it would be best, he hasn't done good ever since the stress between him and Teresa at DEI started which was a few years ago, yanno.

As a Dale Jr fan I have always known that Theresa was a a fridged, cold witch and she is certainly proving that now with her actions. Dale Sr built DEI so his children could have a part of Nascar. Theresa better watch it before her gravy train leaves and she's gonna be out in the cold!
Theresa better open her eyes and realize that if Jr leaves DEI that DEI is gonna crumble. Junior is the main reason why DEI has lasted this long and when he leaves his sponsors are gonna go with him as will his fans. His fans are behind him 100% and wherever he goes...WE'RE GOING WITH HIM! And something tells me that if Jr leaves that Martin Truex Jr will leave right behind him because Jr and Martin are best friends and Jr was the person who gave Martin a shot and signed him at the end of 2003. And Martin's fanbase has gotten bigger too.
I myself hope that he does leave and that he goes to Joe Gibbs racing to be teammates with Denny Hamlin and Tony Stewart. Can you imagine Dale Jr, Denny and Tony on the same team! Talk about some talent. I don't want for Jr to race for RCR because that means that he would drive his father's car and use his father's number and Jr is his own man now. If he drives Dale Sr's car then that will put more pressure on him and he doesn't need anymore pressure. So...the best place for him to go will be Joe Gibbs Racing!
I hope that Jr, Kelly, and Kerry can get enough money to buy DEI from Theresa. Dale Sr is turning over in his grave at how she is acting. Hopefully he'll drop a house on her evil butt!

She's always been this way..but now that she's the prime seat everyone can look directly at her.
Sorry, but she's never been a real cupcake of sorts. I've never really cared for her..even when SR was alive.
SR..never made DEI to sign his children..they had to earn their seats and prove their worthiness just like any other driver, but he had dreamed of a sucessful team..and seeing as JR's about the only sucess they have in the cup series it seems pretty stupid to waste him...esp since SR lucked out enough to be able to sign his kid (who has a reasonable amount of talent) to his team

I think Mrs. Earnhardt is a business woman and if the employee isn't getting the job done,you say so. Teresa is the one who got DEI built,she makes the money decisions.I think Dale jr is the one showing true colors by bad mouthing her. Let him go to RCR and come in 15th in the standings again and lets here what RCR and the fans say

She's destroying what Sr. worked hard to build.
I think the only ones who should have a say in DEI should be Sr's Children.
They are the ones who would truly run the company how their dad wanted it.
Teresa is the same as Brooke Gordon. Except Teresa was able to hold out longer.

Well it's like this. If she doesnt quit it. She will not only be without a driver but a couple years later the whole operation will fold and i bet Dale Sr. will be rolling over in his grave. Without Jr. there is no DEI !!!

I think Theresa really needs to look back at what Dale Sr. said about DEI, and think about what it means to Jr. I think she's let the power and money go to her head.

Junior would be crazy to stay at DEI. What a combination he and Harvick would make at RCR. Theresa does not appreciate what Jr means to that organization. Dale Sr started that organization to give Junior a place to call home, she should not loose sight of that. Not only what he does on the track, but one can only imagine how much money Junior makes her in merchandise sales etc. Richard Childress would treat him right and welcome him with open arms.

I think she is a terrible person it is all about the money!!! She does not care about the Earnhardt name except what it can do for her!!!! Sr. built that company for his family that includes his kids not just her!!!! I hope he leaves and takes his sponsors with him. She will then realize Sr & Jr are the company not her!!!!!
