No onions lots and lots of orange flavor also using the whole mandarine orange,and not oily

I like to make a yogurt-based dressing with mandarin oranges. Mix canned mandarin oranges and some of the juice in the can into plain yogurt. Season with some dry dill.

Virtually no fat. It's great on salad, especially a salad with some kiwi in it.

Mandarin orange dessing
• 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil • 1/4 cup white vinegar or cider vinager • 1/4 cup Mandarin orange juice or tangerine juice • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar • 2 Tbsp brown sugar or 2 Tablespoon honey • to taste, salt and black pepper
Optional:
• 2 Tbsp sliced almonds • 1/2 tsp finely shredded mandarin orange peel or orange peel • 1 tsp dried parsley

In a small mixing bowl, combine the ingredients and Slowly whisk in olive oil, or combine ingredients in screw-top jar. Cover and shake well.

OPTIONAL Before serving: 1 mandarin orange (peeled & chopped) (may be replaced with a tangerine, if you wish)
Top the salad or add to salad contents and toss gently or add to the dressing.
