I can dilate my eyes on command.?

where my vision goes blurry.but for a few months my eyes have been hurting and i get headaches. has anyone heard of this?

i can do it too, it's just unfocusing your eyes. your sore eyes and headaches sound like they are caused by eye strain, or overexrting them. Your eyes are muscles like any other, and when they do some things they get tired. You may need some type of corrective lenses, so make a doctor's appt.

I've never heard of it, but I have known people who get really angry and their eyes dilate (nostrils flare, too). So presumably if you were a really good actor, you might be able to call up those emotions on command, so that your eyes would dilate. (and maybe you can do it even without making yourself feel any emotion?)
If you did it all the time, I would not be surprised that it would give you headaches.
You should probably go see an eye doctor about the eye pain and the headaches.

some soldiers learn to do this in order to see at night. I can do it, some learn it as biofeedback ecercise. Do it in bright light even slightly bright and HEADACHE WOW.

Think of it as a special and use it wisely

BTW red light won't cause the headaches
