This is the first sign of labor. Anytime now she will probably get uncomfortable and moves around alot. Mine did. Could be awhile before she is done giving birth to all her puppies. So just watch her and make sure she's comfortable!

presumably by this question you are not a breeder... she could have deadly infection Pyometra.. you need to see a vet immediately and then as soon as possible have this dog spayed
