dont give her flowers, its just not right yet, especially if u never talked to her b4, she might get embarrased, plus if she doesnt like u then it would be a waste. Just try talking to her first. If she seems interested, let her know that ur also interested, but dont jump into anything, take it slow. One thing after another. If its all going good, there will be a right time to give her flowers, but not now.

Absolutly she'd love it unless people give her flowers all of the time. Then your screwed but most girls like flowers. You can also do something like get 11 roses and tell her u only got 11 because she's the 12th one.lol corny but cute.

Ask her out, much easier, then give her flowers on the date, although personally I would go with gummybears, much more simple.
