Yep, pretty sure I have a hole in one of my very back teeth. I don't want to go to the dentist though - they always scrape and clean and "how long since you flossed" and uggghh... should I go? Should I just let my tooth get totally black and fall out...? What to do, what to do

I'd go. I see a dentist every 6 months just for a check-up. After you set up an appointment, make sure you go back every few months. It's not really as bad as you think.

Haha go. I dont like the dentist either, but if you let it get black and fall out, youll eventually be in so much pain that you'll have to go, and they will have to do more work then.

You should go. I waited too long. I had about 6 thousand worth of work done to my mouth. Crowns, inlets, fillings. It's not fun. Better to hear them tell you need to floss more than getting peritonitis(when you have severe gum disease) and having all of your teeth rot. You would be in a lot of pain.

go and get it filled but make sure they use a filling that does not have noxious chemicals like mercury in it... and then really start taking good care of your teeth, watching what you eat and drink, and rinsing your mouth with water on a regular basis. Use Celtic Sea Salt, and tender greens in your fruit smoothies, to re-mineralize your bones and teeth. All the best!

You can let it fall out.......... or another option is you can GROW UP and actually go to the dentist and answer the dumb questions. its no big deal. the scraping and cleaning wont hurt nearly as bad as when your tooth is rotting out of your head.

There are worse stuff the dentist can do to you - but since it could have been either a filling that fell out, or a decaying tooth, it's really not so bad in comparison to dental head gear, braces, or even dental surgery.
So really, I don't know what you're ocmplaining about.
And duh, of course you have to floss.

Go to the dentist..if you are afraid of what they will say now, just think of how bad it will be when you go back when its black and falls out.

I hate going. I don't know when was the last time I went. I know I need braces so bad, but I'm just lazy and nervous. I'm worried if they'll have to yank out all my teeth, but I know I have to go sooner or later, so just go. Hopefully it won't be that bad, think positive, and good things will happen.
