Well for starters the usage of trees helps destroy our atmosphere, deminish the supply of oxigen, make the planet more desert like, contributes to mass extintion of many species, deminishes our fresh water supply, you did say usage or was it deforestation.
Oh, maybe you ment that we get paper and furniture and other wood products from the timber industry.
