Of course. Unlike a communist country, a person doesn't need to have papers to travel from place to place. There are no checkpoints other than at the border.

So, if an undocumented made it inside the US, they can pretty much go where they want. They won't be bothered about their ID unless they commit some crime or traffic violation.

As long as they never have to produce an ID for an official, say, a policeman during a traffic stop, then yes, undocumented people can travel in the US.

Yep. They just can't go anywhere where ID is required, or buy things that require ID, and driving is risky, if the person gets pulled over, because ID is required to drive a vehicle.

yes for now but the laws for air travel and rail and bus will be changed this year you will need to have a passport to use these services
