Dark brown hair?

Right now my hair is light brown and I think its just blahh, not very interesting. I think dark hair gives an exotic look. I have green eyes and am tan. Do you think medium or dark brown would look with that coloring and eye color?

also what hair cut would look cute, right now it is angled and to my shoulders. It needs body. I'm changing my look a little.

also what home kit can i use. i was thinking medium brown, feria, idk

I would go with dark.....i have dark hair...i'm tan and have green eyes! i love my dark hair but it is natural.

go very dark chocolate brown, and also get a half a head of caramel and red foils it will emphasise your eyes. my sis is a hairdresser thats what she suggests.
