my mom think i am having sex and i am not, but i really want my boyfreind to spend the night but i dont want her to think i am having sex!!! what should i do?

Why do you want your boyfriend to spend the night if you are not going to have sex with him? That is the question you need to be able to answer to your mother's satisfaction.
In this world we think, "If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck..." well... would you think it was something other than a duck?
You can't control other people's perceptions. If you don't want to *look* like you are having sex then your boyfriend can't spend the night. You can't have it both ways -- you need to choose which is more important to you: the respect of your mother or your boyfiend's nocturnal company. If you are over 18 it really is none of her business, anyway.

Have him spend the night with your parents there. Then if you have sex they'll hear it. So they'll know you're not having it.
