This isn't the first time I've lost my wallet. I lose it over and over again and have never learned my lesson. Most guys put their wallet in their back pocket and since I've lost it when I put it there, I now put it in the inside pocket of my blazer. But just yesterday I lost it again. Are there any tips for a guy with a bad case of memory loss on how to manage my wallet?

I found a plan that eased my fear. I have small velcro tab
liteweight wallet(about $1) when I go anywhere I could lose it.
I leave the i.d. card wallet in the console, the glove compartment, or even another clothing article in the auto. Or when not using an auto at the check-in for any place I have a
membership, country club, spa, gym, mall. That is the i.d.
wallet if I have to bring it with me. Still take the liteweight it is
something you get used to checking, constantly if it is in your
front right pocket, switch to left when bothered the first year.
This will get to be natural to you, it is a very serious issue.
Also generally keep the cash lower, say 40-50 tops, 60 -70
when definitely shopping, or more.

Wow. I dont have any suggestions for you. But just know you aren't alone. My brother was exactly the same. He must of gone through 1 wallet every couple of months, through purely losing them. We always thought he would learn his lesson after having to replace id cards, cash etc so often but he just never would. He is 21 now and seems to have grown out of it, (or his girlfriend keeps a watchful eye on it... not sure which). But have faith your not alone. I am suprised to think that it really can't be helped, as it would be such a pain to go through this once let alone numerouse times.
