I'm very sorry to hear that, well what you can do is pull out the Monopoly in front of them while watching TV and say "HEY LET"S PLAY" have the board game ready, gather some snacks and drinks and just see what happens they can't Dennie that, if this doesn't work try talking to them tell them how you feel.

Tell them you want to convert to mormonism because they do things as a family like play games and stuff. Then say just kidding but why can't you guys play monopoly with me? Parental guilt is the trick here and there is a lot to exploit. Good luck.
Or print your question out and then say to them that you wish you didn't have to ask stangers why your parent's don't spend quality time with you. Then fake cry a little.

Play childrens games with your sister and encourage your parents to join in .Play monopoly with your friends.YOU can teach your sister monopoly when she gets older, then you can all play together as a family. Its possible your parents are relaxing when they watch t.v.They are re-charging their batteries, after a busy day.Try and help them with some chores around the house,i.e.washing up /shopping/gardening etc.Good luck.Lindsay.

I know in my family Sunday is set aside for family time. I like playing monopoly with my mom, but she always wins... I mean she breaks the BANK!!! how does she do this!!??!!! anyway... you could through that suggestion out there. If there is a program that they really love to watch on Sundays or whatever... they could always record it or DVR or TiVO it. that is just a suggestion :)

If your sis is old enough to play , ask her to play with you. Then ask your parents to play also.
Monopoly is a fun but a very long game....Maybe a game of Uno would be more fun and not too long..

Get the scissors and cut the cable to the TV, then they will be bored and they will need something to do. Then they will play Monopoly with you.
