After divorce means a new beginning.
All the contracts signed for a marriage are discarded, stop and ends with the divorce and getting remarried does not make no one an adulterer nor adulteress.
Logically an adulterer/adulteress will refer to relationship partners having another sexual affair out of their committed wed lucks or other bonded ties.
Please don't cheat on your relationship because if you do then these terms will be referring to you. Adulterer /Adulteress.

No, absolutely not. The purpose for a "legal" divorce in the Bible was to free and protect the divorcee. There are many verses in both Testaments covering divorce.
Many people use the verse Matthew 19:9 to prove that a divorced person who remarries is an adulterer. But this is not true. That is out of context. You must read the "whole passage" to get the whole meaning. The question asked of Jesus was NOT "is it legal to divorce"? But the question was "is it legal for 'NO REASON' at all"? And of course the answer is NO!.
This passage starts in verse 3, not verse 9.

I'm afraid so, if you accept a literal interpretation of the Bible.
Jesus said, "What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder," meaning that if you marry, no one should break it apart. He also said, ""Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her."
So technically, yes, people who divorce and get remarried are committing a sin according to both the Old and New Testament. The only exception is for people whose spouse cheated on them; they're allowed to divorce and remarry without being accused of committing the sin of adultery, since the bonds of marriage had already been broken by the spouse who did commit adultery.
As for those who get divorced without being cheated on and then remarry, they are living in sin, which kind of makes you wonder why so many divorced and remarried people feel they have the right to bash gay people, doesn't it?

So many labels, not enough common sense.
Your with a partner, you split, you're with another partner.
Married, Divorced, Widowed, Adulterer, Adulteress
If you can find some happiness in this ole world you should do
it, because a hundred years from now no one you know will care.
The answer would only be a matter of technical definition

No, an adulterer is one who strays during the marriage. After the divorce is final, in the eyes of the law, you are free to remarry. Don't listen to the Catholics. Their religion is based on guilt... and, I believe, that's not how God wants us to live our lives He is a loving and forgiving God who wants you to proper in your life. Being in a loving relationship is part of that prosperity. No, you are not an adulterer because you remarry.

If you mean spiritally / Biblically then sort of. When you marry, God expects you to stay married to the same person until death do you part.......literally. If you divorce then really you shouldn't remarry unless your ex spouse dies (because you are no longer joined together spiritually) then you are free to remarry (as long as they didn't die because of you lol). In God's eyes you should not get divorced but if you do, you shouldn't remarry.
There are however circumstances such as you divorce because of an abusive spouse or you got married under duress but in general the answer is you should stay married unless there are no other choices.

Where on earth did that come from?
You cant live your life without bonding with another if you went through divorce.
Thus, if you remarry, that would be very normal.
Thats according to Islam tho.
If what youre saying is from some other religion, you should question the sensibility of that.

The sixth Commandment says: Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery. What does this mean ?? Husband and Wife should love and honor each other and be faithful to each other, through life. Everyone that looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart. Husband and wife must lead a pure and chaste life.
Adultery is a sin which more than any other defiles both body and soul.

Technical - NO
But Biblical - YES
Because in the time of those who wrote the bible the divorced didn't exists or you could call it get your wife killed by a bunch of stone launched by neighbor's (that's what happened if the wife was caught as adulteress, but if it were the man..nothing happened because polygamy was allowed at the time)

That would be depend on the practices of your Church or faith.
Divorce is biblical in that Moses granted letters of divorce. Some Christian Churches such as the Roman Catholic Church do not recognize divorce as an option.
Man is imperfect. If God can forgive us any sin then surely divorce if viewed as a sin can also be forgiven.
Peace be with you
