Hello there, i think that the person should call you since they have free long distance. You will not be charge on the call if they call you, only if the person call you on a collect call. A collect call lets the person pay nothing, but you have to pay the bill.

Bye bye.
Good luck!

You will not get charged if it is a land line. If your are using a cell. It depends on your phone company, you will have to check with them but most just make you pay for the minutes and not for the long distance from what I have herd from my friends and family.

If it's a land line, yes. Most cell phones charge for incoming calls too.

There is no charge to the receiving end of a call on a regular landline phone. Have your friend call you. Or if your caller id isn't blocked, call them and hang up so they know to call you.

Who ever makes the call is the one paying for the call (when speaking about land phones, not cell phones). So have them call you.

The only way you will get charged is if they call collect, and you accept the charges. Otherwise, you won't get charged. Best of luck to you.
