Yes, it sounds like your bird is very ill. the scary thing about birds being ill is that they instictively hide their illness so that they do not show weakness until they are unable to do so anymore. Once they are visibly ill, it is usually too late or an extreme emergency and should be rushed to an avian vet immediately. Signs of illness include:
lathargy: sitting at the bottom of the cage
inability to keep their balance: falling of perches, fingers, etc.
diarrea
abnormal droppings: the outer part should be white, while the inner part should be dark green or brown and coily not watery. Urine should accompany the dropping, however should be minimal. If the droppings are bright green, yellow or black the bird is ill. some foods can dye the droppings such as colored pellets and some fruits and vegetables
cold feet
panting or difficulty breathing
vomiting
fluffed feathers
I hope your bird is well. If you haven't already and she is still alive get her to the vet asap!

Take your bird to an avian vet right away. The male most likely died because it was sick, and there is a good chance your female has the same illness. You will want to take your two new birds to the vet too, just to be safe. In cockatiels, it's an instinct to hide if you are sick, because it makes them more vulnerable to predators. You have to look for early warning signs. Birds only look sick when they are at their absolute worst, and this is a very bad thing. Even if it turns out your bird is not sick, the vet will probably tell you a lot about cockatiel behavior. On a side note, female cockatiels will lay eggs even if they do not have males near them. It's a natural thing for them to do, but it's also not good. You can discourage this behavior by covering the bird up at night, and putting it to bed earlier. Try to give it equal amounts of awake time and sleep time. Too many eggs can severely weaken a femal cockatiel and even end up killing it. Plus, if you do have a male, you don't want little baby cockatiels. Once an egg is laid, let the cockatiel sit on it until it loses interest. If you take it away before then, it will lay another egg to make up for the one it lost. One last thing; don't be afraid of getting your bird's wings clipped. The vet will do it for you, and it can stop the bird from flying into things and hurting itself. You can also choose to leave your birds' wings unclipped, but if there is a lot of stuff in the room they are kept in, I'd reccommend getting them clipped. Seriously, this is the last thing. Birds bought from pet stores often have diseases because the staff doesn't know how to take care of them. If you buy a bird from a pet store, take it to the vet right away.

Take this bird to the vet ASAP!
Ay least if you want her to live any longer, when birds get sick it's usualy too late because they hide there sickness because there prey animals, your bird is at a stage where you can see she's not feeling well --- this means it's going to get worse if you don't take her to the vet FAST!
It happned to me for my pet pigeon, he died the day I was supposed to take him to the vet :(

Yes I think your bird is dangerously ill. The problem with avian (birds) is that they do not show they are sick until they are REALLY sick, this is flock survival.
Please euthanise before your bird suffers any more.
