I know it sounds silly, but I had a lot of dead birds around my home, (none that I licked, hee hee). All died intact, meaning that nothing attacked them. You usually contract that by mosquitos, but you can never be to safe since birds are the transmitters of that horrible uncurable disease. God be with your little sister. To be honest, I think she'll be fine, you know what worse things my friends did as kids.

First slap your mother for letting your sister play in the street. 2nd Slap her again for your sister playing with a dead bird. Take you sister to the doctor and advise them that you mother let you sister play in the street licking dead birds.

tell your mother to get off her ********! and call her pediatrician (if she even has one) sheesh & people wonder why their children get kidnapped or hit by cars... wtf? is wrong with your mother? letting a friggin 2 yr old outside by herself??? why wouldn't your mother bring her to dr? i swear people should have to have license to have kids these days.
