Would one serve them on a napkin or doyally (oops can't spell that) or perhaps with nothing on at all?

to be honest I wouldnt like to answer anything about stuffing dates it sounds crude lol

Stuff them with pecans, wrap them in bacon, skewer on a toothpick, bake until bacon is crisp... then serve on a tray covered in a doily, with cocktail napkins to the side. You'll be very popular!

Yikes, Mrs. B., your stuttering.......been in the sun a we bit to much huh?

Forget about stuffing dates, remove the jackets & roll them in different confections & such, like: coconut, nuts, etc. They would sit a lot prettier w/ tea! Oh yes, Mrs. B. please do wear something when serving!
