I recommend La Mer at the Halekulani Hotel, Waikiki. It's a sort of Pacific French restaurant facing the beach. Be sure to book the ocean side table at about 6 pm just before the sunset, it's the most romantic moment. Food was very good and service was excellent when my wife and I had a dinner. I believe they will be happy to offer some wedding surprise if you tell them so when booking. How much? I think it is once-in-a-lifetime kind of price.

I would suggest either Sushi Restaurant downtown Waikiki, Cheesecake Factory or Sunset Grill. All in all, Sunset Grill has got the best tasting food. Romantic setting.

Cheesecake factory in Hawaii is really good and very nice! what about Dukes? i never ate there but i heard alot about it...and its right on the beach.

john dominos in kewalo basin very nice place on the wather costly thought. another nice place is top of waikiki.have a wonderful wedding you pick the best place
