Bonpos use a counterclockwise swastika and Buddhism uses a clockwise one. The Bonpo use of the ccw swastika is a symbol of their 6th vehicle of teachings (there are 9 vehicles). The Buddhist use of the cw one is an auspicious symbol. It's also been used in Greek somehow too, but I'm not sure how.

The Hindus also use the swastika as a religious symbol, and it's facing the same direction as the Nazi version but it's easy to tell which is which, since the Hindu swastika has dots in it too, and the Nazis rotated it 45 degrees.
