The thing that you should do to your little brother is have one girl take his hands and another girl take his ankles and carry him to you room and lay him down on the floor. Then you have two girls hold him down while the rest of the girls dress him up in girls clothes such as a dress and then put makeup on him and then take pictures of him. That should get him to stop annoying you because he probably will not want to be dressed like a girl or have girls carry him to your room and then hold him down.
