I'm a senior dental student, and one of our final year requirments is a community project. It's an "Oral health educational campaign". It's kind of big compared to our background.. So I hope anyone can give me some tips of information to help me... or even a site that have such information.

Our budget is around 55,000 dollars we got it from spouncers who believed in us, and we have a professional designer.
What I need is how to plan the sequence of events to get the best outcome.

Sorry fo the grammer and spelling, but English isn't my mother language..

As a graphic design student, I have done projects like this numerous times. You should try contacting graphic design students to help you out with this project. Serious students are looking for such projects to expand their portfolios.

In trade, you must be willing and able to help give these designers information about your "oral health education campaign." They can help you with visual presentation, posters, signs, banners, business cards, brochures, and even web sites (some designers).

The important thing for the designers is that they must be able to have permission to take pictures also of the campaign when it is done, such as customers interacting with you using the material they created.

If you went to my college, and you presented this project to me (a graphic design student and photographer), I would help you do it because it would also benefit me.

May be you could make a website and then reach out through Yahoo and other groups to people in your area. Your website can showcase the need for dental hygiene and its link to several other health problems (I understand that gum disease can add a big risk for heart disease and Peripheral Artery Disease). My son is good at getting good websites made and in promoting them for good visibility (Search Engine Optimisation). If you are interested, getin touch with me so that I can put both of you in touch. His basic skills are marketing, which seems to be needed here.

In any case best wishes to you.
