How long does it take for an Akita puppy's ears to prick up?

By the time your pup is about 6 to 7 months old its ears should be up or almost all the way up.

My Akita's ears were up at 8-9 weeks but many take longer. I wouldn't start worrying until after he's finished teething (6-7 months)

give your breeder a call and find out when its parents ears first stood
