I got a wicked deal from Bristol to Tenerife £100 return (out 24 March - back 10 days later) but as others have said about the time of year you want to go.
My flights are through BA.com - cheapest on the net and even beat prices my sister gave me (she's a travel agent).
Give BA a shot - if it was me I wouldn't pay any more than £250 return for that time of year.
It will be a gamble to either book now at that sort of price or take the chance the prices might come down.
Good luck

What do you want to know? The flights to Reina Sofia [Tenerife south airport] usaully go on Tuesdays and Fridays. There are other flights on other days but these are the most common. You can also fly into Tenerife north airport but the majority of flights into and out of the north are within Spain, although it is expanding rapidly. new year in Tenerife is fantastic have a great trip.

Probably won't be bookable until summer. Check budget airline sites around that time, maybe even subscribe to their newsletters then you'll know when the winter timetable comes into effect!
