In Excel 2002...How to turn off the little triangles which appear in a cell containing a formula?

WHen I am designing or working on a spreadsheet, a small triangle appears in any cell where I have entered a formula. I don't remember this happening, have no idea why it started, would like it to go away.

Tools>Options>Error Checking
Try unchecking the boxes that you want Excel to stop griping at you about. Most of them are just Microsoft trying to out-think you anyhow.
