has anyone any good tips of how to get rid of facial spots and/or spots some people get on their back

you shoueld ask the doctor first ,because some of the spots can be fungal infections (you need doctor advice for that!),expecially those on the back and arms.If they are sun damage spots,you should use a bleaching cream with hydroquinone or licorice root extract!

DRINK LOADS OF WATER I MEAN IT START NOW ITS A MIRACLE WORKER- also neturogena body wash amazing i had spots on my back and arms used that with a scrub in a month gone i couldnt believe it always use a body scrub it really works the skin.. i no stress its a no no but if your spots a really bad go to your doctors they give a tablet form of medication or a cream or lotion---
Use dettol or TCP there are good for really cleasning the skin from germs and drying out spots but dont leave it on the skin it will burn ( experience)

get some fade cream from the dollar store or local beauty supply place. just rub it in on the spots that are dark and with regular use they will lighten up to your natural complexion. palmers has this new line of facial prodcuts called palmer's skin sucess eventone with body and facial wash and creams. their products are really good so you might want to give that a try also.

Spots are what people from the UK call Zits or Pimples...

try some LaRoche Posay products or Garnier, which are available in the UK...on your body and face

you need to go to a dermatologist...because you need to find out what is causing these spots...then you should ask what treatment is good for you

well i had spots nd i put on this tea tree spot stik nd tht worked really well nd also sudocrem
