bancruptcy doesnt cover any debt including income taxes or restitition, traffic tickets that you obtained because these are owed as a consequence resulting from actions involving state and gov agencies. For the most part the IRS can setup payment plans based upon how much you make and how much you owe. owing taxes as a result of saying kids that dont live with you live with you isnt something the gov is ging to give you much sympathy for and will demand thier money in a timely manner. If not they can garnish wages etc. The gov is very persistant when it comes to thier money and have the resources and means to make you pay

Bankrupcy does not discharge debt to the IRS. If he claims her returned, you will ought to bypass in the time of a similar technique as in earlier years to coach that she lives with you, no longer with him. If he stated he'd get in concern if he claims her returned, then why might he do it? At a minimum, he will ought to pay returned any area of a reimbursement that he have been given as a results of claiming her - yet whilst he already owes the IRS, that they had probable grab his refund besides so he does no longer get one.

You cannot discharge your IRS obligations in bankruptcy court.
